A security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

沖繩世界遺產首里城三大殿燒毀 民眾哭了
被列為世界遺產的沖繩（琉球）那霸市首里城今天凌晨遭祝融侵襲，首里城內的主殿、北殿、南殿燒毀，附近民眾感到震驚，有人難過到流淚。
日本放送協會（NHK）報導，今天凌晨2時40分（台灣時間1時40分）左右，消防單位接獲通報那霸市首里當藏町的首里城冒煙，並即出動30輛消防車前往滅火，但除了首里城最主要的建築物正殿之外，北殿、南殿也都燒毀。燒毀面積共4200平方公尺。
在火災發生約6個小時之後，火勢漸漸平息，但正殿西側的奉神門仍在燃燒，消防單位持續滅火。
接獲民眾通報趕至火災現場的消防人員回報表示，是正殿附近起火。
首里城是琉球王國時代、約500年前興建，1933年被指定為國寶，在二次世界大戰沖繩戰役時曾被美軍砲擊燒毀。1992年正殿修蜜月行復後，其他建築物陸續修復，西元2000年首里城城址與沖繩縣內其他的城址登記為世界遺產。
首里城27日起舉辦重現琉球王國時代儀式的「首里城祭」活動，警方表示，各項籌備工作預定進行到31日凌晨為止。
警消單位目前還沒接獲有人受傷的訊息，正在調查首里城發生火災原因。
